RackSys s Hot-Site Information Recovery service provides a fully redundant configuration mirroring your production systems. Systems, applications and data are pre-installed at our Information Recovery and are continuously maintained to mirror your mission-critical production environments.
Hot-Site allows immediate recovery of system, data, and application functionality. This service is designed for businesses that can not tolerate any downtime in their mission-critical environments. The following table summarizes the recovery time options with our Hot-Site Service:

Hot-Site Options:
Hot Standby - Systems are synchronized via a secure network connection from the primary production system to the secondary system located in RackSys's data center. System hardware is provided by either the customer or RackSys and data is frequently synchronized via a network using a choice of industry leading data synchronization and replication software.
RackSys s Warm-Site service provides the benefits of our advanced Information Recovery facilities, and provides some of the benefits of our premier Hot-Site service. With Warm-Site, your data is periodically updated in the Information Recovery . Although systems are not continuously mirrored, system and data synchronization occurs over a secure network, which enables you to promptly restore, critical systems in the event of a disaster.

Warm-Site Options:
Rapid Recovery - Systems are synchronized via a secure network connection from the primary production system to the secondary system located in RackSys's data center. System hardware is provided by either the customer or RackSys and data is periodically synchronized via a network using a choice of industry leading data synchronization and replication software.
RackSys's Cold-Site service makes the Information Recovery facility available for installation of your systems and data in the event of a disaster, but does not include mirroring of systems or data prior to a disaster.

Cold-Site Options:
Entry Level - Systems are restored from tape to hardware that will be purchased by customer and delivered to RackSys's data center upon declaration of a disaster.
Standard - Systems are restored from tape to hardware that is provided by RackSys upon declaration of a disaster. Infrastructure and Server hardware provided by RackSys is provisioned from our "DR Inventory" of hardware assets.
Standby - Systems are restored from tape to dedicated hardware that is configured and ready to accept a restore from tape upon declaration of a disaster.
